Hi,
I have been to sharm before and am returning there soon , as I loved it so much! I went to this Market and i remember that stall. I completely forgot to ask the man what the blue spice was, and I was wondering if you knew what it was ?
Thanks

I just happened to bump into this beautiful picture and wondered what the blue stuff is, what an intense gorgeous color! Besides that: the herb is called Jericho flower or rose or Resurrection plant, it opens itself up when you put it in water, there are actually two plants going by this name: Anastatica hierochuntica and Selaginella lepidophylla
:o)

Well, I'm still trying to find some more info about this plant.

I took one with me, and I planted seeds couple of days back.

Maybe I'll get something, maybe not, I'll let you know :)
