Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, Black Mountain in Jackson and Bretton Woods all offer variety in skiing, within a few miles. A network of well-maintained cross-country trails runs through the valley and is operated by the Mt. Washington Valley Ski Touring and Snowshoe Center. Bear Notch Ski Touring Center in nearby Bartlett provides additional trails.
